Just today, I discovered a bad issue about using range in PVP.
If you do not attack your opponent first, and hes not right in front of you and your frozen, it will not let you attack.
Instead, it will just say that you cannot move.
I suspect that this may also happen even if they are right in front of you.
Please get this fixed, it really pissed me off when I got farcasted at the NPC's and I couldn't do anything cause of this glitch.
